Yes. We take on sites built by other agencies. We start with a health check to review the code, hosting and security, then put your site on a care plan that suits it.
Care plan clients get priority support, and we triage critical issues such as downtime or security incidents first. Routine requests are handled within agreed turnaround times set out in your plan.
